Experience
Janie's work is shaped by both professional training and personal experience.
For years, she has worked alongside women navigating personal growth, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. As her work evolved, so did her commitment to understanding the deeper patterns that influence how we respond to conflict, rebuild after adversity, and move forward with confidence. Through continued education, specialized training, and practical experience, she developed an approach that blends therapeutic principles with coaching to support lasting change.
Today, Janie helps women navigate high-conflict relationships, divorce, and significant life transitions with greater self-trust, stability, and intention.
Her connection to this work is also deeply personal. After experiencing divorce herself, she gained firsthand understanding of the uncertainty, grief, and rebuilding that often accompany high-conflict situations. That experience became the catalyst for the work she does today.
Through Sterling Pathways and the Sterling 925 Process, Janie helps women move through conflict without losing themselves in the process and create a future grounded in resilience, self-trust, and possibility.
